Roles and Responsibilities
• to be creative
• Create new designs for kids Clothes
• Identify/source the right vendors, manufacturers and tailors.
• Manage suppliers and vendors to ensure quality, and delivery timelines are maintained
• Continuously design new products across categories and add new categories every month
• Work closely with founders to design new line and manage production.
• Need a hustler with extreme ownership and a go-getter attitude.
• an eye for colour, texture and pattern
• the ability to visualise things in three dimensions
• technical skills in areas such as pattern cutting, grading and garment construction
• to enjoy following trends in fashion and clothing.
