Job Summary
JOB DETAILS
• Candidate should have a minimum of 02 years above experience in Domestic Kurti Manufacturing Factory as a full time Merchandiser or Merchandising Manager.
• Candidate should be capable enough to coordinate with internal teams, jobworkers, suppliers.
• Supervising the development of Garments & Communication with customer on sampling and production review and updates.
• Monitoring the sourcing process of Fabrics, special accessories & trims.
Responsibilities and Duties
SKILLS REQUIRED
• Candidate should have strong analytical skills.
• Excellent business communication skills.
• Negotiation Skills
• Leadership
• Team Handling Roles and Responsibilities
• Handling buyer accounts, and together with all the merchandising teams and co-ordinate with the factory.
• Planning and managing timely delivery of trims and fabric through a robust ordering and follow up process.
• Effective integration with other related departments like fabric, sourcing, cutting, and sewing.
• Achieving In time Shipment Dates.
Qualifications and Skills
• Atleast 1 year of experience.
• Technical knowledge of designing and management.
