Looking for a Designer Western Wear, female candidate
Responsibilities: -
· Need to analyze the fashion trend of both domestic and international market.
· Need to innovate new designs as per the trend.
· Need to merchandise as per our buyers needs and specifications.
· If needed, need to visit our production house as and when required to inspect the work in progress in our manufacturing unit and to fix if any flaws arise.
· Communication with major buyers and sellers of the company via our official website, mail, twitter and WhatsApp regarding designs or such activities.
· Should be well versed in drawing patterns of any category of women apparel and cutting.
· Required to maintain a log book of your daily work and get it approved by your reporting Head.
· If required need to travel for trade shows and other commitments which are required as and when for the expansion of the company both domestic and international.
· Should treat company's confidential matters with utmost importance.
· Will have to get the approval from the management for all designs before forwarding it to the marketing division or production unit or vendors.
· Need to innovate and design new brochure, poster, presentation as a part of marketing strategy for the purpose of digital and field marketing.
· Need to merchandise as per our in-house designers and buyers needs and specifications via store visits, electronic media etc.
Preparing COST SHEET for all our production.
Maintaining stock inventory and coordinating the same with the accounts department.
Communication with our job work vendors regarding embroidery and dyeing house.
Must have Garment Stitching & Technical knowledge.
Must be able to MULTITASK
