Our mission is to craft timeless, elegant pieces with uncompromising attention to detail, artistry, and innovation. We’re building our debut collection and looking for talented Fashion Designers who share our passion for luxury and creativity.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Designer (Luxury Wear) located in Pune. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for
• Design original, trend-forward luxury apparel concepts aligned with Esthera Co.’s brand identity.
• Develop sketches, illustrations, and CAD designs for men’s and women’s collections.
• Select fabrics, trims, and embellishments suited for high-end garments.
• Create detailed tech packs for sampling and production.
• Research global fashion and luxury trends, adapting them into unique designs.
• Work closely with pattern makers, tailors, and sample units to achieve perfect fits.
• Ensure every piece reflects luxury craftsmanship, exclusivity, and innovation.
Qualifications
• Degree/diploma in Fashion Design (NIFT, Pearl, London/Paris design schools preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong portfolio showcasing luxury, couture, or premium fashion.
• Proficiency in design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO 3D, or similar).
• Excellent understanding of fabric types, embroidery, detailing, and finishing.
• Creative flair with an eye for color, silhouette, and style.
• Passion for luxury fashion and willingness to grow with a start-up label.
