As a key member of our creative team, you will have the opportunity to contribute your expertise in menswear design, from. conceptualization to final execution.
Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and develop innovative menswear designs that reflect the essence of the Dolly J brand while catering to the unique preferences of our male clientele.
Collaborate closely with the design team to translate concepts into sketches, technical drawings, and prototypes, ensuring alignment with brand standards and aesthetic vision.
Stay abreast of emerging fashion trends, market dynamics, and consumer preferences to inform design decisions and maintain relevance in the competitive fashion industry.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including production, sourcing, and marketing, to seamlessly execute design concepts from inception to final product.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a fashion designer specializing in menswear, with a strong portfolio showcasing original designs and creative vision.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.
Excellent understanding of garment construction, fabric properties, and manufacturing processes.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate and present design concepts.
