• Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Design HOD to develop and execute creative strategies and visual concepts.
Design new creatives for various 360 mediums including social media content, print materials, OOH advertising, packing, merchandise and websites.
Ensure all designs align with brand's visual Identity and marketing objectives.
Oversee and manage multiple design projects from concept through completion, ensuring timey delivery and high-quality results.
Stay up-to-date with the industry trends, competitors and emerging technologies to keep the brands design strategies innovative and competitive.
Provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Craft Key Visuals and design concepts for campaigns and product launch if needed. Incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustment to meet project goals.
Maintain Secrecy of Designs / Parts / Clients (Non-Disclosure Agreement - NDA)
Maintain Spreadsheet on google drive and update regularly on day-to-day basis as per your designing work and update your team head for the same before leaving for the day.
Role Expectation:
Proficiency in design software such as adobe photoshop, illustrator, Coral, InDesign.
Excellent communication and ability to work collaboratively.
Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in the beauty and lifestyle industry.
• Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vasai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
• Experience:
- Adobe Photoshop: 2 years (required)
- CorelDraw: 2 years (preferred)
