Responsibilities:
• Lead the design team in conceptualizing and creating high-end couture
collections
• Translate creative visions into detailed sketches and technical drawings.
• Create cutting edge couture pieces which incorporate the latest trends in and western design
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure the seamless execution of
designs
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative
environment
