Panash India is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer (Western Wear) to join our team. If you have a strong passion for contemporary Western styles , enjoy working with casuals, cotton fabrics, prints, and modern silhouettes , and have hands-on experience with e-commerce fashion and production , wed love to hear from you. Responsibilities Design and develop Western wear collections focused on casuals and everyday fashion Work extensively with cotton fabrics, prints, cuts, styles, and contemporary silhouettes Create mood boards, sketches, and tech packs for seamless production Coordinate with vendors and oversee sampling, sourcing, and production to ensure quality and timelines Stay updated with global fashion trends and translate them into commercial, market-relevant designs Collaborate closely with the marketing and e-commerce teams to align designs with brand identity and online requirements Requirements 2+ years of experience in fashion design (experience with an e-commerce brand is a plus ) Strong understanding of Western wear , fabric selection, prints, and fit Hands-on experience in production processes, vendor coordination, and sampling Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW Knowledge of pattern making, garment construction, and fabric sourcing
