About Studio Surbhi: We are a dynamic and creative team seeking a talented Fashion Designer to join our studio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality fashion products.
Responsibilities:
• Fashion Design Skills: You should have a strong understanding of fashion design principles and be able to create original designs that meet the needs of our target market.
• Pattern Making: Basic pattern making skills are essential for this role, as you will need to create accurate patterns and prototypes for production.
• Fabric Knowledge: Familiarity with different fabrics and their properties is crucial for creating high-quality fashion products.
• Measurement Taking: Accurate measurement taking skills are necessary for ensuring proper fit and sizing.
• Communication: Effective communication skills are required to work closely with pattern masters and karigars to bring your designs to life.
• Paperwork Management: Handling paperwork such as bills, challans, and POS transactions is also an important part of this role.
• QC Management: You will be responsible for managing quality control processes to ensure high-quality standards are met.
• Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service is essential for building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Education: A minimum of 3-4 years of undergraduate degree in Fashion or related field.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Language: Fluency in English language.
