Roles and Responsibilities:
• Achieve sales targets consistently through effective customer engagement and upselling of accessories.
• Maintain personal contact with existing customers, undertake promotional activities, and foster customer loyalty.
• Develop new customers for repeat business by identifying their needs and preferences.
• Provide innovative suggestions for attracting and retaining customers, including leveraging traditional Indian craftsmanship.
• Prominently showcase garments and accessories, inducing sale through clever presentation and displays.
• Identify non-moving stocks and implement timely action as per established procedures.
• Participate in weekly merchandising meetings, providing critical information on matters impacting sales at the store.
• Make bi-annual sales successful through extra efforts, resulting in increased revenue and customer satisfaction.

• Very high level of personal hygiene and neatness at all times.
• High presentability, reflecting current fashion trends, well-maintained garments, and accessories.
• Cheerful and pleasing personality, with good memory and health.
• Fashion-conscious individual with a keen dressing sense and strong passion for fashion.
• Any graduate with a genuine interest in fashion, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
