Job Description
Based at our Head Office in Fitzroy North, we now have an exciting opportunity in Marketing to join the team in a full time role. You will be primarily working for Femme Connection and will be responsible for engaging and supporting our internal team as well as liaising with external agencies. This highly collaborative individual will ensure aesthetic integrity and leverage market trends and their creative skills to continuously elevate our user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in Brand Ambassador Program and Influencer management & brand collaborations
· Assist in product descriptions and web uploads
· Content creation (Includes fully edited reels, flatlays, reviews and blogs)
· Manage the marketing calendar and work proactively in accordance with it, and ensure all deadlines are met on a timely basis.
· Assist with Email design & creation and managing email campaigns
· Assist with tasks from cross-functional departments
To Be Successful You Will Have:
· At least 2 years of experience within Marketing or similar field, preferably in fashion industry.
· Tertiary qualification in Marketing or similar degree.
· Ecommerce understanding in Shopify (preferred but not required)
· High attention to detail with a creative eye.
· Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively.
· Multi-tasking and time management - demonstrated ability to meet assigned targets and deadlines consistently.
· Extremely organized and detail-oriented – excellent calendar adherence and ownership
· Awareness of fashion & marketing trends and forecasts
· A passion for women's fashion and all things creative
· Ability to prioritize, multi-task and adapt to change.
· Excellent written and verbal communication. Work closely with stakeholders in the company.
