Job Description
Objective: We are looking for a highly energetic, hands-on, “get-it-done”, results-driven, positive attitude, problem solver and creative marketing executive with experience in Online and Offline Marketing strategies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Online:
1. Content Marketing: Develop and execute a content marketing strategy; planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, content marketing, influencer partnerships, WhatsApp and paid advertising.
2. Website & SEO Optimization: Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic visibility and traffic.
3. Social Media Management: Manage various social media platforms including Website, Instagram, Facebook, Blogs, videos and other social media platforms
4. Online Advertising: Manage online advertising campaigns (e.g., GoogleAds, Facebook/Instagram Ads, e-Commerce Portal Promotions)
5. Marketing Collateral Designing: Manage conceptualization to execution of various digital assets like product videos, portfolios, presentations, happy client stories, etc
6. Lead Generation: Plan & oversee reach out campaigns through Facebook/ LinkedIn & Emails, lead filtering, landing pages, marketing automation workflows, database creation etc
Offline:
1. Market Research & Networking: Visit targeted exhibitions & events to identify & network with potential clients; plan, organize and attend company’s presence at important trade shows, pop-ups and other fashion events;
2. Marketing Collateral Designing: Manage conceptualization to execution of various printed marketing collaterals, including portfolios, catalogues, merchandise, gifts etc
Desired Profile:
· Formal education in Marketing, Business, or a related field (a fashion-related qualification is a plus)
· 3+ years proven experience with marketing preferably in a Fashion D2C brand or e-commerce environment
· Excellent communication skills (Hindi and English.)
· Creative thinker with an eye for design and data
· Ability to work across online & offline marketing activities
. Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
. Working closely with the product development team to provide marketing insights and customer feedback for new product launches
. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
Key Responsibilities:

Experience: 3 to 7 years
Annual CTC: Rupees 4,00,000 to 5,00,000
