Key Responsibilities:
Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to develop strategic merchandising plans.
Collaborate with designers, suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure product quality and brand consistency.
Design and curate fashion collections that appeal to target audiences.
Manage inventory, pricing strategies, and retail operations for maximum profitability.
Work closely with marketing teams to develop compelling campaigns and promotions.
Negotiate with vendors and oversee production timelines.
Monitor competitor activities and conduct fashion forecasts to stay ahead in the market.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in fashion merchandising and designing.
Degree or certification in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Design, or a related field.
Strong understanding of fabric selection, garment construction, and design principles.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and fashion design software is a plus.
