Job Description
As a Fashion Production Assistant and Designer at ThreeZero.studio, you will play a vital role in the creative design and hands-on production processes. This position offers a unique opportunity to be intricately involved in every stage of fashion development. Your responsibilities will include executing design concepts, ensuring smooth production flow, and collaborating with various global brands across different specializations.
You will be expected to understand and suggest design details based on the requirements of brands/partners/garments. Additionally, you will coordinate with vendors for fabric sourcing, dyeing, printing, and trims, as well as work closely with tailors to oversee sampling and production timelines. Quality control during production and finishing stages will be under your supervision, along with maintaining detailed production logs, timelines, and inventory. It is essential that you possess the skills to construct a garment sample from scratch.
To excel in this role, you should hold a degree or be pursuing a degree in Fashion Design or a related field. Proficiency in pattern making and garment construction is crucial, along with effective communication skills when liaising with tailors and vendors. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is required, as well as strong organizational abilities to manage tight timelines. While 12 years of relevant experience is preferred, fresh graduates with impressive portfolios are encouraged to apply.
