Lead and supervise store staff, training, and developing team members to ensure high performance and engagement.
Oversee daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, purchasing, and pricing strategies.
Implement marketing initiatives to attract customers and increase sales.
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.
Utilize POS systems effectively for sales transactions and inventory tracking.
Develop sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets through effective team management and customer engagement.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching, and foster a collaborative team environment.
Skills
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases effectively.
Proven leadership with supervising experience in retail or related fields.
Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Proficiency in POS systems, merchandising, pricing, and sales management tools.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Sound knowledge of retail sales techniques, marketing strategies, and customer service excellence.
