Job Overview: We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Fashion Stylist to craft visually compelling and fashion-forward looks for both male and female customers. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for style, a deep understanding of current fashion trends, and the ability to translate them into appealing ensembles that align with our brand’s vision. This role requires close collaboration with design, marketing, and content teams to curate outfits for photo shoots, social media campaigns, product launches, and in-store displays, ensuring a strong and cohesive brand aesthetic.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Styling & Curation:
• Develop and execute styling concepts for male and female fashion brands, ensuring alignment with brand identity and international trends.
• Curate outfits and looks for photo shoots, marketing campaigns, e-commerce, and in-store displays.
• Collaborate with designers and merchandisers to plan and create looks that complement new collections.
2. Trend Research & Analysis:
• Stay updated with global fashion trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Provide regular reports on upcoming trends and suggest new styling ideas for future collections.
3. Collaboration & Coordination:
• Work closely with photographers, models, makeup artists, and creative professionals to ensure a cohesive look for shoots and campaigns.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to develop visual content for social media, websites, and promotional materials.
4. Customer & Market Insights:
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and shopping behavior.
• Utilize customer insights to enhance the overall shopping experience.
5. Wardrobe Management:
• Research and maintain an inventory of the latest accessories and footwear.
• Analyze stock details and recommend styles to be promoted based on market analysis.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Styling Impact:
• Increase in customer engagement and positive feedback on styled looks across social media.
• Growth in e-commerce conversion rates through effective styling of product listings.
2. Trend Alignment:
• Successful integration of current fashion trends into brand styling.
• High percentage of new collections reflecting trend insights provided by the stylist.
3. Collaboration Effectiveness:
• Positive feedback from internal teams (design, marketing, etc.).
• Efficient coordination and timely delivery of styled looks.
4. Visual Merchandising Success:
• Improvement in in-store and online visual merchandising metrics.
• Successful execution of visual displays and styling guides.
5. Customer Engagement:
• Positive impact on customer satisfaction as measured through surveys and feedback.
• Increase in repeat purchases and customer loyalty.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in fashion styling, visual merchandising, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends and ability to forecast upcoming trends.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
