Fashion Stylist:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Stylist to join our team in Mumbai. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, sourcing, and creating impactful looks for our projects, talent, or campaigns. This role requires a keen eye for trends, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conceptualization & Research:
Collaborate with creative teams (directors, photographers, designers, talent managers) to understand project vision and aesthetic requirements.
Research fashion trends, themes, and client briefs to develop compelling styling concepts.
Sourcing & Procurement:
Source clothing, accessories, footwear, and props from designers, brands, boutiques, or rental houses within specified budgets and timelines.
Manage returns and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
Execution & On-Set Styling:
Conduct fittings with talent/models, ensuring perfect fit and aesthetic alignment.
Style looks on set for photoshoots, video shoots, events, or public appearances.
Maintain wardrobe continuity and oversee styling changes during productions.
Wardrobe Management:
Organize, track, and maintain styling inventory and samples.
Manage styling budgets and expenses effectively.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Fashion Styling, or a related field preferred.
0-2 years of experience in fashion styling, assisting stylists, or relevant fashion/retail roles. A strong portfolio demonstrating creative vision is highly valued.
Excellent knowledge of current fashion trends, brands, and styling techniques.
Strong visual aesthetic and a keen eye for detail.
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients.
Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Basic photo editing skills are a plus.
