Job Title: FAW Developer
Job Location: Hyderabad(Remote)
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse by creating data models, reports, and dashboards. Provide training and support for end-users, manage the data model, data pipelines, and security, and implement customizations as needed.
• Oversee and lead all technical components of FAW implementations and customizations, focusing on ERP/HCM modules. This includes managing data migrations, ensuring data quality, integrating with other systems, handling 3rd-party
• applications, and performing custom development.
• Manage users, groups, application roles, and data access within the FAW environment, tailoring configurations to meet business requirements.
• Contribute to each stage of the FAW ERP/HCM module lifecycle, from requirements gathering and planning to analysis, design, architecture, build, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Develop and communicate a change management process for the release of new applications or code, as well as updates to existing systems.
• Enhance FAW by supporting the integration of external data with other platforms, enabling broader data connectivity.
• Design and implement data models and schemas to meet the needs of analytical reporting.
• Implement and enforce security policies, access controls, and data privacy regulations within the Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse, ensuring user permissions comply with organizational standards. Monitor and maintain user access for compliance.
Required Skills & Education:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Solid understanding of Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW). Additional experience in Oracle’s analytics offerings including Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), and Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) is beneficial.
• Strong technical background in Data Warehouse and reporting concepts, including data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration.
• Experience working with data governance frameworks, data privacy regulations, and data security standards.
• Understanding of Oracle Fusion Applications (HCM, ERP, and EPM modules).
• Prior Oracle data warehouse experience, ideally with integration to/from Oracle Applications/third-party applications
