Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an F&B Captain located in Mumbai. Qualifications
• Strong Supervisory Skills, with the ability to oversee and lead a team effectively
• Knowledge of Service Standards and best practices in food and beverage operations
• Experience in Food Service, including serving and managing food and beverage operations
• Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal skills to ensure guest satisfaction
• Strong Communication skills to coordinate with team members and address guest inquiries effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Prior experience in a food and beverage leadership role is an advantage
• Diploma or degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred
