Job description, work day and responsibilities

Seeking experienced Chief Marketing Officers to work on a fractional basis for our clients at Law Firm CMO. Clients are both B2C and B2B law firms, mainly in the Personal Injury and Probate practices. We are seeking experienced C-Suite level executives with direct experience in branding (positioning, differentiation, messaging) and advanced lead generation capabilities (driving digital leads through SEO and targeted paid media). Candidates must be able to build state-of-the-art digital marketing capabilities for our clients and oversee their implementation and execution.

Responsibilities
• Assessing and auditing clients' current activities and capabilities, including assessing existing agencies and freelancers' abilities and skills.
• Assist in developing business growth strategy rooted in segmentation, differentiation from competitors, and building compelling positioning with accompanied messaging.
• Develop a state-of-the-art lead generation and Go-To-Market plan to drive qualified leads.
• Assist with recruiting internal and external resources, onboard those resources and build accountability plans for each.
• Create digital dashboards tied to implemented marketing technology and campaigns to monitor and optimize performance.
• Oversee the execution of the GTM plan and optimize performance continuously.

Qualifications
• Minimum 15+ years experience in senior-level marketing roles
• Minimum of 3+ years leading the marketing of professional services businesses
• Strong Branding & Positioning capabilities
• Excellent digital marketing skills
