Responsibilities
• Assessing and auditing clients' current activities and capabilities, including assessing existing agencies and freelancers' abilities and skills.
• Assist in developing business growth strategy rooted in segmentation, differentiation from competitors, and building compelling positioning with accompanied messaging.
• Develop a state-of-the-art lead generation and Go-To-Market plan to drive qualified leads.
• Assist with recruiting internal and external resources, onboard those resources and build accountability plans for each.
• Create digital dashboards tied to implemented marketing technology and campaigns to monitor and optimize performance.
• Oversee the execution of the GTM plan and optimize performance continuously.
Qualifications
• Minimum 15+ years experience in senior-level marketing roles
• Minimum of 3+ years leading the marketing of professional services businesses
• Strong Branding & Positioning capabilities
• Excellent digital marketing skills
