Qualification: Experience: 2-3 Yrs in AccountantSkills: Decent Communication in English/ Tally ERP/ Sales& Purchase entry/ Invoice & Billing Process/ Ms-Excel /BRS /Quotation Preparation/ Bank entry/ Front office executive basic knowledge/ Good attitude willing to work. JD :Job Responsibilities:1. Handling Day-to Day Accounting and Book-keeping2. Preparation & Maintenance of all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments3. Handling Petty Cash expenses and records4. Preparing Weekly Bank and Cash position statement5. Calculation & Deduction of TDS in Vendor payments6. Monthly Bank Reconciliation, Payment Follow-up and Collection7. Monthly GST working and GST filing8. Quarterly TDS filing+. Preparing MIS Reports10. Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors & Creditors11. All bank and banking related activities including handling FOREX transactions12. Assisting in Budgeting exercise for entire organization13. Assist in Preparation of Balance Sheet, P & L Statement14. Working closely with Auditor firm for finalization of company accounts15. Salary Computation, PF, ESI challan preparation and payments16. Preparation of Purchase Orders and planning payment to vendors17. Vendor Code creation and inventory control in Tally18.
