Female Accountant

Type: Flexible, Remote Work

We are a fast-growing digital business seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and motivated Female Accountant to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Odoo ERP (Accounting Module), with a solid understanding of e-commerce accounting and logistics operations. This role offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to grow with a dynamic, international team.

Key Responsibilities
• Configure, manage, and update the Chart of Accounts in Odoo ERP.
• Record and reconcile daily financial transactions with accuracy.
• Perform bank reconciliations and prepare financial reports.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings.
• Collaborate with the e-commerce and logistics teams to ensure seamless financial data integration.
• Support management with ad-hoc accounting tasks and compliance requirements.

Requirements
• Fresh graduates with Odoo Accounting module experience are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in e-commerce accounting and knowledge of logistics workflows is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax compliance (preferred).
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
