Pune Admin School Support Position
• Female graduates with pleasing personality to work with young children in rapidly growing organization.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all administrative activities and tasks
• Attend calls, manage files, handle petty cash, collect fees and maintain order
• Manage attendance, enquiry and other related tasks
• Inculcate good manners and values in children
Requirements:
• Any graduation
• 2-6 years of front office and admin experience
• Tech savvy MS Office skills mainly MS Word and MS Excel, internet
Additional Skills:
• Positive attitude towards work and children
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
Working Hours and Schedule:
• * hours shift from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm Mon to Fri
• Alternate Saturday working
• Sunday fixed off
