Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Human Resources Administration (HRA) Manager to lead, direct and manage the day-to-day HRA activities.
You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external agencies.
Role:

Exp: 2-4 years in HR & Admin from manufacturing industry
Qualification :
MBA-HR/MPM / PGDBM
Basic Knowledge. Awareness of recent changes in labour laws, job portals, Excel proficiency
Skills:
Good interpersonal Communication skills, problem solving ability
Responsibilities
• Recruitment and Retention
• Develop and oversee the recruitment process.
• Review job advertisements prior to posting, screen CVs, conduct telephone screenings, coordinate interview teams, participate in interviewing candidates
• Ensure candidate documentation is collected and recorded properly.
• Oversee all staff engagement for the office and manage the new hire orientation and exit process.
• Compliance and Record-keeping
• Manage time clocking system for office, ensuring timely submission, approval, accuracy, and filing.
• Compensation and Benefits
• Facilitate job analysis and update job descriptions.
• Coordinate with Accounts in the preparation of monthly Payroll.
• Advise Director on appropriate staffing levels and assist in budget preparation.
• Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
• Administration which includes neat housekeeping monitoring, Canteen Management (Cleanliness, Grocery etc).
• Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in the office.
• Supervise all travel and hotel arrangements for staff and visitors.
• Training, Development and Performance Maintenance
• Co-ordination in employee training and development and make recommendations.
• Oversee the co-ordination and implementation of annual performance reviews.
• Employee Relations
• Coach, counsel, and discipline employees.
• Work with senior management to resolve employee relations issues.
• Investigate employee relations issues and work to ensure human resources-related decisions are consistent and fair.
• Initiate, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, and procedures.
• Co-ordinate employee issues with external HR consultant for fair decision making
• Gate pass documentation and compliance of the same on monthly basis.

Working Hours :
Monday to Saturday (0+:00 a.m to 06:00 p.m)
