Responsibilities:
• This role is responsible for strategic activities related to Human Resources within Jotun India.
• The HR Business Partner will influence the management as an active advisor; the focus is on building a solid foundation in terms of activities and procedures related to HR concepts like Talent Acquisition, Competence Development, Dynamic Workforce, Leadership, Total Reward System, Diversity & Inclusion,etc.
• The HR Business Partner will proactively work to strengthen current practice, implement, and maintain Group and Regional HR policies, processes and tools in cooperation with Regional HR team.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that HR activities support business strategy.
• Ensure that the foundational “building blocks” of HR are well established, known and understood in the organization, e.g.,leadership tools, competence development, etc.
