Job Description
We are seeking a full-time FF&E Designer to support the development and execution of interior design packages across high-end residential, hospitality, and cultural projects. The role involves assisting senior designers with sourcing, vendor coordination, FF&E presentations, and specification documents.
Ideal candidates will be organized, detail-oriented, and confident working across multiple phases of design and procurement. Responsibilities also include managing the sample library, tracking lead times, and supporting custom furniture development.
This is a hands-on, production-focused role suited to someone with strong material knowledge, a refined design eye, and the ability to work efficiently within a collaborative team.
Responsibilities
• Support senior designers on all FF&E-related tasks across multiple projects
• Manage and maintain the materials library, including ordering and tracking samples
• Prepare FF&E presentations, mood boards, and documentation for internal and client review
• Coordinate with vendors to gather pricing, lead times, and finish samples
• Track FF&E orders and oversee delivery schedules to ensure timely installations
• Assist with furniture schedules, specifications, and control books
• Maintain accurate project records, vendor logs, and expense tracking in coordination with the bookkeeper
• Organize and update FF&E spreadsheets and internal databases
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in interior design or related field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in high-end residential, hospitality, or retail interior design
• Familiarity with FF&E sourcing, vendor relationships, and specification standards
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Bluebeam
• Knowledge of specification software; Rhino or Revit experience is a plus
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment
• Experience in high-end hospitality or luxury yacht interiors is a strong plus
