1.To prepare daily production reports, cutting & wastage reports.
2.To manufacture bags as per customer specification with acceptable quality.
3.To create positive working environment & encourage team work.
4.To train tailors as per their development needs & upgrade skills of workers.
5.To manage and motivate the contractor and look after him.
6. To ensure safety and maintain housekeeping.
7.To ensure work is completed in the given time frame.
8. Manpower Management.
Working knowledge of similar industries.

Knowledge of FIBC
Qualification - DME/CIPET (Diploma in Plastic Technology)
employees with l 1 year of experience to 6 years.
Performance Management:
Conduct regular performance reviews with team members.
Provide constructive feedback to employees and recommend improvement actions.
Recognize and reward outstanding team performance and contributions.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure team adherence to company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, addressing any safety concerns promptly.
Conduct regular safety checks and training sessions to keep team members aware of best practices.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain records related to team activities, performance, and attendance.
Prepare reports on team performance, operational metrics, and issues for upper management.
Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment for the team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
