Field Counsellor

We are seeking dedicated and qualified On-Field Counselors to join our Maternal and Post-Partum Patient Support Program. The primary role of the On-Field Counselor is to visit clinics and hospitals, counsel patients, and onboard them onto the support app based on healthcare professionals’ advice. This role is pivotal in ensuring that new mothers receive the support they need during their maternal and post-partum journey. Key Responsibilities: 1. Patient Counseling and Onboarding: • Visit assigned clinics and hospitals to counsel patients about the program. • Brief patients about the program details, benefits, and how it can support them. • Obtain patient consent for participation in the program. • Assist patients in downloading the support app and guide them through the registration process. • Ensure prescription (Rx) verification by sending it through the app. 2. Data Management: • Accurately update patient information in the support system. • Maintain up-to-date records and ensure data integrity. 3. Coordination and Training: • Follow the schedule provided by the Regional Business Manager (RBM). Eligibility Criteria: • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Science. • Experience: At least 6 months -1 year of experience in a Patient Support Role / Communication preferably in a healthcare setting. • Skills: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and time management abilities. • Proficient in using mobile apps and basic data entry.
