We are on the lookout for a passionate and results-oriented Field Director to lead, coach, and empower a team of Lacrifill Key Account Managers. This role is pivotal in driving sales performance within the region, developing team capabilities, and ensuring consistent and compliant execution of customer engagement strategies.

What will you be doing?
• Lead a team of Key Account Managers to drive regional sales performance, achieving and surpassing sales and activity targets
• Translate national brand strategies into effective regional execution plans
• Monitor key performance indicators and metrics, proactively identifying gaps and implementing actionable plans
• Conduct regular field visits to coach representatives on sales tactics, clinical messaging, and account management
• Develop personalized performance plans to enhance selling skills, product knowledge, and business understanding
• Provide continuous coaching and performance management to team members, ensuring they meet expectations
• Assist representatives in crafting and executing strategic territory business plans
• Ensure effective targeting, call planning, and engagement strategies across healthcare provider offices, urgent care facilities, and pharmacies
• Enhance advanced selling techniques, including needs discovery and tailored customer interactions
• Ensure the team maintains a comprehensive understanding of products, disease states, and market access scenarios
• Guarantee compliant delivery of messaging in line with regulatory and company standards
• Utilize CRM and reporting tools to track performance and inform strategic decisions
• Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks across the team
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and senior leadership
• Play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, and developing top sales talent
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team
What do you need for this position?
• Bachelor's degree is required
• 5+ years of experience in Medical Device or healthcare sales with a proven record of high performance
• Preferred 2+ years of experience in field sales leadership
• Ophthalmology or eye care experience is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales representatives to reach targets
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Veeva) and sales reporting tools
• A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
• Willingness to travel within the designated region
