Field HR Manager Job Summary: You would be responsible for leading Human Resources for 10,000+ employees spread across multiple delivery units in India. You would be responsible for crafting and executing a talent agenda that enables the business to meet its strategic goals. More importantly, you will be responsible for creating a culture and an ecosystem that enables our employees to be their best selves. Key Responsibilities: • Plan/organize or contribute to effective implementation of various people processes and initiatives across the employee life cycle (Talent Management/Development/Engagement), spanning processes like performance & career management, engagement, retention, coaching, training and leadership development areas of risk and mitigation options and supporting them drive an effective people agenda within their teams. • Manage and guide a team of HR representatives, taking ownership for their supervision, performance and career management. Can see the big picture and break it down for the team to understand. • Partner with Shared service teams and process owners providing periodic feedback on design and effectiveness of various people processes, thus enabling higher process efficiency • Adapt, communicate and implement the strategic direction of all operations to ensure adherence to global policies and processes • Define the operational framework for the Industry group delivery of People Service process support based upon the defined Business and HR Strategy • Should have the ability to handle scale and complexity given the Accenture growth scenario. • Has high internal standards and applies tough criteria to own deliverables for every task assigned • Has an acumen and understanding of financials and ties HR activities to the bottom line, knowing what levers to pull to influence budgeting/ forecast etc. • Knows when its important to be able to act as a mature advisor and when to be a dependable worker by rolling up sleeves and executing a job assigned. • Understands HR to be both a service & a control function; doesn’t see these as divergent (knows that credibility gained from service leads to the acceptance of control suggestions/actions). • Has the visible energy and charisma to motivate a team and stand in front of a crowd and command attention. Experience with matrixed organizations. management, engagement, retention, coaching, training and leadership development areas of risk and mitigation options and supporting them drive an effective people agenda within their teams.
