Job Description
CMIE or Centre for Monitoring Indian Economy Pvt Ltd is leading business information company. Established in 1+76, it straddles entire information food chain, from primary data collection through analytics and forecasting.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Hire his/her own team of surveyors to conduct the survey.
Plan and implement the survey in secluded time frame.
Regularly training and motivating the team.
Respond to & follow up the house holds by calling & physical visit.
Regularly report to concerned manager on the conduct of field operations.
Assume & take ownership of responsibility of quality of information.
Attend training and to develop relevant skill and knowledge.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate and post graduate in Economics, Social Science & Commerce.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Strong relationship building skills.
Willingness to travel.
Hiring abilities to put together a team of surveyors.
Quality consciousness.
Drive and desire to deliver superiors results.
Ability to handle pressure.
Smart personality and turnout.
