- Represent the company at events, engaging with customers and gathering feedback.
• Brand Promotion:
- Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating the company's value propositions to customers and partners.
- Distribute marketing collateral like flyers, brochures, and product samples during campaigns.
• Customer Engagement:
- Interact with potential customers to demonstrate products or services.
- Collect customer insights, preferences, and feedback during field activities.
• Market Research:
- Conduct surveys or collect data on competitors, market trends, and consumer behavior.
- Assist in identifying new target audiences and opportunities for local outreach.
• Reporting & Analysis:
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of field marketing initiatives.
- Prepare post-event or campaign reports with metrics such as customer engagement, leads generated, and overall impact.
• Team Collaboration:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and digital marketing, to align on goals and strategies.
- Support the field marketing team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling or managing promotional inventories.
• Other Responsibilities:
- Stay updated on the company’s products, services, and promotional offers to answer customer queries effectively.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure consistent representation across field activities.
