Job Description- Channel Acquisition Business Growth Managers The role would primarily include frontline retail sales activity. On boarding new Distributors Retailers in an assigned territory will be the key responsibility of these resources. Will be responsible for expanding the distribution, building rapport with the channel partners (relationship management) promote Product Range selling in the assigned territory. Hiring Locations: • Amritsar, Jalandhar Punjab. • Khordha Odisha. • Thoothukkudi/Tuticorin, Thiruvallur Tamil Nadu. • Shimoga, Davanagere, Chamarajanagar Karnataka. • Lucknow, Shamli, Kanpur Dehat Uttar Pradesh. • Sehore, Vidisha, Rajgarh Madhya Pradesh. • Siwan Bihar. • Bokaro Jharkhand. • Haldwani Uttarakhand. The KPIs Would Demand And Include • Distribution (New Sales) growth on key products like Insurance, Assets, CASA, MicroATM, Ecommerce and Value Added Services. • Shortlisting On boarding of New Retailers in identified districts retention of High Value Retailers. • Pin code Coverage Responsible to ensure distribution in all pin codes of the assigned territory. • Ensure that the Active Retailer Base grow as per the distribution plan. • Deepening: Ensure the product depth is increased at all retailer points. Key Attributes Skill Sets • Disciplined, Enthusiastic Go-getter. • Good communication skills (verbal as well as written). • 2to 7 years of experience working in a similar role.
