Sales of retail loans , Cattle maintenance, and new Cattle loansCollection of loan repaymentsConduct marketing and other awareness activities are mooMark society centersCollection and log in of KYC documents of eligibility farmersRegular and extensive travel to all identified societies during milk pouring timing for loansourcing activitiesSales of insurance and other financial products to farmers
Qualification & Experience:
Minimum 12 th Std pass, graduate preferredMinimum 0-2 years’ experience in micro finance or banking industry
Key Competencies:
Should have objective approach towards goal setting and monitoring.Ability to get things done and influence others.Analytical frame of mind and a go getter attitude.Fluent verbal & written communication in Kannada. Telugu will be added advantageVerbal & written communication in English,Basic MS OfficeMust have the ability to learn and adopt various tools fast.
