Job Summary
Seeking a Field Operations Executive to professionalize our field Recruitment for various Projects Across India.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Field Operations Executive oversee multiple Recruitment, ensuring that operations run smoothly.
• They lead the planning, recruitment, onboarding, administration, and quality assurance processes.
• Field operations executive should also make sure targets are achieved.
• Coordinate with Field Operation Executives to develop field strategies and initiatives
• Hire, onboard, and train field representatives
• Assess, Monitor and evaluate team and individual performance
• Fill knowledge gaps through additional training and professional development programs
• Measure, analyze, and communicate progress toward strategic goals
We are typically looking for the following qualities and skills:
• With 0-2 years of experience.
• Freshers can Apply.
• Strong leadership abilities
• Experience in managing a Volume Hiring/Contract Hiring/Temporary Hiring
• Must be able to travel across India.
• Excellent organization skills
• Experience evaluating and training team members
• Analytical, goal-oriented work style
