Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Field Recruitment Manager to lead and execute recruitment strategies across multiple field locations. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes, building strong talent pipelines, and supporting regional hiring needs in alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement field recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to onboarding—for field roles.
- Partner with business heads and regional managers to understand hiring needs.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, referrals, and field drives.
- Organize and lead recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and walk-in drives.
- Train and guide recruiters and field HR teams to ensure consistent hiring quality.
- Track recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.) and report regularly.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure a great candidate experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 5–8 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2–3 years in field hiring.
