Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Business Development Executive, based in Pune. The primary responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating and managing leads, fostering strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. The role also includes account management and collaborating with internal teams to meet business objectives and targets efficiently.

Qualifications
• Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong understanding of Business development and related strategies
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in Account Management and maintaining client relationships
• Self-motivated with a focus on achieving targets and goals
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capability
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
