Key Responsibilities
Achieve personal field sales targets through consultative selling, product demonstrations, and strong relationship management.
Operate in a 100% on-field role with daily in-office preparation before scheduling demos.
Coach and mentor a team of sales reps on prospecting, pitching, and closing deals.
Accompany mentees on client visits, providing live feedback and practical guidance.
Monitor sales team performance and help optimize their funnel management.
Act as the go-to person for motivation, issue resolution, and skill-building.
Share success stories and lead by example to inspire performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream
Minimum 60% in Graduation OR 12th Standard
Experience: Minimum 1 year of B2B field sales experience
Preferred companies: Indiamart, TradeIndia, Sulekha, Just Dial, Quikr, Byju's,
Required Skills
Proven B2B acquisition sales experience
Strong field sales and cold calling skills (Mandatory)
Ability to consistently achieve sales targets
Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills
Excellent mentoring and team management capabilities
Consultative selling mindset with strong listening and communication skills
Competence in sales reporting, analysis, and strategy alignment
