Location: Calgary, Alberta
Based out of your home office and reporting to the Regional Service Manager, the FSR will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing our medical diagnostic imaging equipment – CT, MRI, X-ray, and Ultrasound for clients primarily located in Calgary, Alberta, and other areas as needed.
Major Responsibilities
Install Canon Medical Systems Canada (CMSCA) equipment according to our standards while adhering to tight deadlines and ensuring full functionality based on specifications;
Perform preventative maintenance, inspections and evaluation of diagnostic equipment;
Calibrate and repair diagnostic equipment in accordance with guidelines and quality standards;
Communicate and maintain accurate service records and field service reports;
Adhere at all times to CMSCA policies, including environmental, health and safety, and confidentiality policies in their entirety.
Position Requirements
3-5 years of experience as a Field Service Representative/Engineer;
Exceptionally strong knowledge of CT and X-Ray;
Excellent installation and equipment servicing skills;
Diploma in Electronics or Biomedical Engineering Technology;
Solid communication and customer relations skills;
Strong interpersonal skills;
Team-oriented;
Able to travel internationally for training;
Must have a valid driver’s license;
Available to be on-call;
Capable to work overtime and flexible hours.
