Qualifications
• Analytical and Troubleshooting skills for problem-solving and quality assurance
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective engagement with clients and teams
• Experience in Training on-site workers to maintain service and operational standards
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to dynamic work environments
• Knowledge of interior design or construction processes is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in relevant fields are advantageous
