Job Title: Finacle Reporting and Data Management

Location: Navi-Mumbai, Maharashtra

Experience: 8-15 years

Must be from a BFSI background.

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in generating reports from Finacle for Business As Usual (BAU) operations, audits, reconciliations, and other related activities. The candidate must have a deep understanding of the Finacle data model and strong knowledge of PostgreSQL databases.

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and manage reports from Finacle for BAU operations, audits, reconciliations, and other related activities.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data extracted from Finacle.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries and scripts to support reporting needs.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand reporting requirements and deliver accurate and timely reports.
• Perform data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements related to data reporting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data extraction and reporting.
• Provide training and support to team members on Finacle reporting and data management.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• 8-15 years of experience in a similar role within the banking industry, with a focus on Finacle implementation and reporting.
• Excellent understanding of the Finacle data model.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL databases.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data extraction and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with other database management systems and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to data reporting in the banking industry.
• Project management experience.
