About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Prepare a comprehensive manual for the account department's working operations, including the use of accounting software, the handling of finance received and paid, the generation of multiple MIS reports, and working on certain Google sheets
2. Systemize the working operations of the finance team, and ensure that they understand their job roles and responsibilities
3. Identify potential areas of improvement in the account department's working operations and suggest solutions to optimize processes
4. Assist the finance team in generating accurate reports to avoid mistakes and ensure that the right reports are generated
5. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and ensure consistency in reporting
Key Skills:
1. Currently pursuing a master's degree in finance or accounting and looking for a core finance profile
2. Good knowledge of financial and accounting terminology and concepts
3. Familiarity with accounting software and other financial tools
4. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and systems
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Stipend:
