As an Executive AR, you will be responsible for providing support to the Finance department by performing daily accounting tasks. You should be well versed with Accounting principles & Standards and should be able to work comfortably with numbers and attention to detail.
• What you will do day to day?
- Ensuring customers Pay on time & business partnering with Sales/Clients for overdue receivables
- Ensuring accuracy with respect to daily cheque collections and AR/Sales Accounting in customer ledger
- Preparation of debtors/Customer Outstanding statements on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Day to day Accounting transactions in Tally-ERP +,
- Conducting Customers Reconciliations in the markets and resolving the disputes in case of gaps.
- Ensuring Credit Policy Implementation with Reduction in Credit Days/Credit Limits.
- Preparation of Customers Cash/Funds Flow Projections.
- Preparing DSO Analysis and Reduction in Credit Risk thru Optimising Debtors Turnover days.
- Monitoring debtor’s balances and driving Dunning Process for Customer Balance Confirmations.
- Review of Customer Outstanding and Sales Order Management for release of dispatches.
- Ensuring completeness/maintenance of customer masters and compliance to KYC.
- Customer Claims Processing and compliance to SLA’s with reduction in lead time.
- Ensuring Correct Billing/Invoicing to customers.
• What are we looking for?
- Education: CA
- Experience: 0-2 years in similar field
- Good business acumen for problem solving
- Confidence to deal with a range of stakeholders across business verticals
- Ability to handle multitasking in a demanding workload
- Excellent team work, organization & communication skills (Oral/Written)
- Proficient in Tally & MS Office
