Key responsibilities:
Performance Management of Financial Operations
• Experience in charting out strategies and contributing towards enhancing business volumes & growth for achieving revenue and profitability norms.
• Head the preparation of AOP/Operating Budget and monitoring thereof with actual. Identifying areas where costs can be reduced or efficiencies can increase.
• Perform Financial Reporting and Analysis for specific business units; ensuring reporting with KPIs to the management.
• Evaluate feasibility of new projects, payback period & Cash flows
• Do need validation of Purchases of capex and budget concurrence.
• Monitor the revenue, credit and collection of the Business.
• Deal with DBR’s/ CFA’s for timely realization of funds and resolving queries for credit billing.
Corporate Fund Raising &Financial Management:
• Strategic & Financial Planning: Work with various department managers to develop five-year business plans.
• Budgetary & Financial Control: Work with different stakeholders for preparation of annual operating, Capex budgets and fund management.
• Raising fund based and non-fund based facilities and forward contract from financial institutions/Banks.
• Capex Funding, Bank financing including Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee, Bill Discounting, working Capital Demand Loan, Cash Credit facility to manage short term funding requirement of company.
• Cash flow management.
Management reporting and analysis:
• Handle multiple manufacturing plants and different sales office including Branches.
• Prepare of monthly financials, profitability, and quarterly review before management.
• Apprise management with plan vs actual variances, problem areas and potential areas for improvement
• Detail analysis of product costing vis-à-vis standard and BOM.
• Ensure timely quarterly/ annual closing with clean audit reports.
• Product Costing, product contribution analysis &computation of effective yield.
• Coordinate with overseas consultants for financial and corporate statutory compliances.
System and Process Improvement:
• Providing support to team with strong analytical abilities with adeptness in formulating accounting systems, preparing accounting records and financial statements.
• Internal control review with the Management Audit Team and work upon key improving areas in System.
• Close coordination with business heads and management and peculating the thought process in to results with proper coordination and alignment with USERs and down the line team.
Taxation:
• Ensure timely compliance with all direct &indirect tax requirements and submission of reports.
• Handle Annual, Quarterly, Tax audit by external auditors including Big4’s
• Coordinate with the consultants for income tax, sales tax, service tax / GST matters.
• Deal with Income tax / GST officials regarding various taxation related queries / details.
• Provide details, documents, information for the income tax scrutiny cases.
Requirements:
• EXPERIENCE: 15 years from manufacturing industry.
• CTC range 18-22 Lac INR
