We have an exciting full-time opportunity for a Finance Analyst to partner closely with our Customer Experience operational teams, managing Centre Controllable Income and Expenses to drive strong financial performance. In this role, you will play a key part in contributing to the delivery of Net Operating Income (NOI) for a Living Centre.
In this role, you will:
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and delivering actionable insights that drive performance.
Manage controllable income and expense positions, providing analysis to maximise net operating income.
Prepare and present finance lifecycle reviews, including month-end, forecasts, budgets, year-end, and audit.
Support asset teams in understanding key NOI drivers and improving financial outcomes.
Partner with Centre Managers, Asset Teams, and Finance peers to deliver accurate reporting and commercial insights.
Collaborate with operational stakeholders to challenge existing processes and drive efficiency.
This role is permanent, full-time.

We are looking for a proactive, confident, and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Undergraduate degree, with CA or CPA qualification
Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis
Exposure to JDE, TM1, and advanced Excel skills preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage and influence a range of stakeholders
Strong analytical capability with excellent data gathering and problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication skills, with confidence presenting insights to both financial and non-financial audiences
Strong commercial acumen and business mindset
