Company DescriptionStockwell Solar Services Pvt Ltd (SSSPL), founded in 2017 by IITians, is a company specialising in Solar and BESS OPEX/RESCO business models, providing comprehensive solar solutions with over 100 MW of solar assets operational and more than 1000 MW of projects under construction.Responsibilities: Assist in the execution of Debt financing, and equity raising. Prepare financial projections, DPR and pitch decks.Maintain relationships with banks and investors.Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field. 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or a related financial services role. Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate finance principles, and valuation methodologies. Proficiency in financial modelling and valuation. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports and presentations.
