2-3 Yrs of relevant exp. required for this role
Preparing Information Memorandum, teasers, financial models, CMA and other notes as per the requirement of the lenders.
Preparation of CMA data report (Projected financial statements of clients for loans and advances from banks and financial institutions
Trained in financial modeling at investment banks, PE firms.
Meeting and Liasioning with Bankers to ensure timely processing of proposals.
Liaising with market participants such as lawyers, valuers, engineers, chartered
accountants, company secretary and other consultants in connection with
sanction, loan documentation and other pre-disbursement formalities.
Preparation of replies to the bank queries relating to the project.

Salary: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
