TOBB Trade Center (TC) operates as a one-stop shop for launching international companies in the U.S., strategically located near O’Hare Airport in a flexible warehouse facility. TC provides value-added services to a diverse global client base across multiple industries including automotive, metals, machinery, construction materials, packaged food, and more.
We are currently seeking a highly experienced Finance Specialist to join our Finance Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities and financial reporting, with strong familiarity with U.S. company formation processes and accounting practices.
Responsibilities:
Managing daily accounting operations in compliance with US GAAP, including:
Data entry
Payment collections
Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Monitoring income and expenses; supporting budgeting efforts
Using QuickBooks Online for transaction recording and reconciliation
Preparing financial analyses and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Collaborating effectively with other departments to support finance-related matters
Providing regular updates and reports to senior management
Qualifications:
Experienced in finance and accounting
Advanced level of English (written and spoken)
Strong knowledge of US GAAP
Familiarity with company formation processes in the U.S.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
Ability to work well with cross-functional teams
Preferred: Accounting experience in the service industry
