An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our iconic site at Strawberry Field to be responsible for the overall financial management of the centre, managing the administration functions and to provide operational analysis and strategic decision making support to the Mission Director and senior management team.

You will need to be a visible, active and enthusiastic leader with responsibilities for general administration, Health & Safety, Safeguarding, Recordkeeping, Insurance and Quality Assurance to ensure the objectives of all the centre’s operations are delivered on time and to budget.

We are looking for someone with experience of working successfully in a similar role, with responsibility for the financial management of a multi million pound budget and the provision of a general office management functions.

The successful candidate:

You will have extensive knowledge of cost accounting and reporting for a similar size of operation and as well as working with the site team you will partner with qualified financial accountants based at Head Office as well as the regional finance team.

Proven ability to think critically, you are a solution focussed individual, able to analyse, make effective decisions and be able to improve existing processes and procedures to positively influence performance and outcomes.

Excellent communicator with the ability to convey information to, influence and develop effective working relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
